Siyan is a custom builder specializing in single family homes.  She is also involved in managing the commercial real estate holdings of Crux Jefferson.  Her background is Structural Engineering.

 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Was extensively involved in the design, construction and rehabilitation of bridges in the Seattle area from 1984 to 1994, both in the public sector with the City of Seattle and in the private sector with Sverdrup Corporation.

For a period of time she worked as a structural plans engineer reviewing contract documents submitted to the City of Seattle for permit applications.
